B’hamut turned to Dezzy “Come on should we go join K’ttak and Timov?” He asked feeling he could put up with S’ren with Dezzy beside him.
B’hamut lead the way over “can we join you?” he asked them

K’ttak looked at S’ren “He’s in the same wing as Timov”
K’ttak looked up seeing the rider in question “Yes join us by all means B’hamut, sorry about the other day i would never have put you with Rio if i know she was going to act like that” K’ttak said in way of apology to the bronze rider.

“Ah here’s the man himself, All weyr game’s what do you think? Do you think your wing will get through to represent the weyr?” S’ren asked
Timov waved for S’ren to be quiet “Ignore him, just come sit down, B’hamut” She said moving over to where K’ttak was sitting

“Oh!” B’hamut said a bit taken back by that.
“Its…ok, you weren’t to know, i thought she may have put out miss understanding aside for that one time” he said realising that if Sephiroth entered the open flight and won and he became Weyrleader how would Rio act towards him then.

S’ren ignored Timov “It’s a sensible enough question to ask, as the game’s are vastly approaching and East Cliff needs a good team considering we got knocked out by Fort last time on one bit of rope” S’ren said
Timov turned to S’ren “Yes well i am not taking part” Timov said if she was right she wouldn’t be able to take part any way.

“Hmm still i thought she would have acted better than she did, Rio showed her self up a good bit” K’ttak said pouring some wine out.
“Isn’t she going to Top Point?” Astra asked she had heard talk around the weyr about who was going and a lot were saying Rio was one of the one’s going to Top Point. Astra could not say she had really ever talked to Rio much, she always came across as a very independent person who would not take help when offered it.
K’ttak looked at Astra “Zi been telling fire lizard gossip again?”
“No! i just heard someone say it during the day” Astra said though Zi did tell a lot of gossip around the weyr.
“Hmm…” K’ttak was not sure Astra was being truthful “She is meant to be but its still up to Talia and H’ton”
He turned to Timov “Why aren’t you taking part?” he asked Timov’s dragon was fast and it was not like Timov to turn down a challenge.

“Its ok i took the opportunity to go see some friends” B’hamut said it really was not K’ttak’s fault Rio had acted the way he did, he couldn’t have known how she was going to react to him.
“I’m not sure about the wings for the game” B’hamut said in truth he had not been practicing for them.

Timov realised she had to give a reason for not wanting to take part in and she did not want to say anything to K’ttak yet just in case she was wrong and her being ill this morning was just down to having to much wine
“I…I just…don’t feel like it this turn” She said she didn’t think it was mandatory for people to take part in the game’s.
“Ah… you went back to Top Point. Will they be entering the game’s do you think” S’ren asked knowing they had a good reason not to with the loss of a queen.

B’hamut had to think of who would be flying in the games. Then again the Weyr may not take part with the loss of a queen in their weyr.
Though it all depended on who became the new weyrwomen and new weyrleader.

Timov looked at S’ren “Why do you want to know who is in their wing line up?”
“Because i want to know who i am up against” S’ren said as he had hopes of making the team
“and he’ll know who was the best to be in the team”
“I thought they were not aloud to go between at Top Point?” Timov asked not that was a question how did the Top Point wing get to the game’s if they where prohibited to go between.
((That is a question for Blaze and Wolf. If they are not allowed to go between how does the Top Point wing take part in the games))

As for the team he knows R’reek would be in the team, his dragon still moved fast even after the accident.
“Em…” B’hamut didn’t know how to answer Timov’s question “I’m not sure on that i know i was allowed to go even as a weyrling as Sephiroth was always fast and also i impressed at Top Point i didn’t get sent there” B’hamut pointed out to Timov as he had never really asked about that all he had cared was that there had never been any restrictions on him when he had been in Top Point.
“If the Weyr fly’s the games then they will but R’reek and his bronze Leonth up in the team then there a few good browns blues and a really fast young green they have” he said

K’ttak nodded his head when Timov said she didn’t feel like it this turn, well there were plenty of other riders to take Timov’s place. Like B’hamut, his Sephiroth they were a good team and had a good record for their old weyr.
K’ttak had guessed where B’hamut had gone when he had left him with Rio and he had told Talia when they had met to have a talk, she had been a bit appalled at hearing how one of her gold riders had acted.

Timov lashed out hitting S’ren “Shout up Weyrs do not give special treatment to anyone” She said
“Ouch! Hoy K’ttak tell your weyrmate to stop beating me up” S’ren said
“And i didn’t mean it as a teas, why shouldn’t he and the others who impressed there be given special treatment over those sent there. See it like this right, the one’s like B’hamurt have done nothing wrong being there so why should they have the same restrictions, they have the privilege to go between, they abuse it they lose it” S’ren said pointing this out.
Timov looked at S’ren when he called her K’ttak’s weyrmate, it was a bit presumptions of him.
“S’ren when do you think of things like that?” She asked the rider

K’ttak looked at S’ren when he called Timov his Weyrmate, they weren’t officially but most around the Weyr know they were together.
Weyrs were a bad place to keep things a secrete as nearly every one know things about each other and you could not count on dragons to not tell things to each other things and pass it on to their riders.
“I’m not telling her anything, if she hits you, she can’t be hitting me” K’ttak said laughing.
Astra dodged out of the way as Timov hit S’ren “He does have a point you know if all the weyrs put that restriction on their weyrlings and restricted their movements then, there would not be as many incidents” Astra said speaking up
K’ttak had to nod his head “Yes… but all weyr’s have the restriction of weyrlings going between, till they are old enough to join a wing and all weyrs have the restriction on timing it” he said
“I know, we’re not meant to time it but still… if the Weyrs all put in action the same ruling as Top Point then there would be fewer incident’s…” Astra said
“And not need for Top Point, It was opened for a reason Astra” K’ttak said

“Is that necessarily a good or bad thing as if the weyrs all had that restriction, but you will have those who will rebel against the rules and the threat with being sent to a cold weyr is a good deterrent” Timov said she had heard of Top Point she had been worried that she would be sent there after using a branding iron on her former weyrmate.
S’ren had a think, when did he think of these things “ I don’t know when i think of these things. Most likely when I’m a few 100ft off the ground” S’ren said
“Typical!” Timov said

“I don’t think many would mind if Top Point closed down…well none who are up there wouldn’t, only a select few ever get sent to fight threads with other Weyrs… There’s a saying that says No one ever comes to Top Point willingly they are always sent” B’hamut said which was true even the two queens where not really coming of their free will.

Astra looked at K’ttak when he said young riders “Your not that old, K’ttak she said not really sure how old the weyrling master was.

Talia sat waiting for H’ton to tell everyone what was happening even though they all know what was happening in the weyr a lot long before H’ton himself had known what was happening, but she wouldn’t say anything about it as they were just starting to talk nicely to each other
