The hall is built up off the beach to avoid flooding during high tied. There is walk ways that lead to the training halls and work rooms and one that leads to the beach. There are two jetties built out into the water and with a few small boats tied to the first one. During THREAD Fall the boats are pulled up on to the beach and stored in a large boat shed the second is larger and longer going out in to deeper water, at the end the jetie goes in to a box much like a rectangular swimming pool measuring 25 meters, this is where young children and apprentices learn to swim, train and meet their dolphin partner, the pool is also use to treat sick and injured dolphins. This is also where the Large Dolphin Bell is hung for the dolphins to ring. The hall also has its own small stable with a few runner beast
