Stretched out in the sand, with Rukbat hanging high, just a little before noonday, was the colorful, to say the least, form of a rider. Nothing about him was small, and his impressive height was extended as full as it could be, from the tips of his toes to his arms, sprawled over his head. The only visable parts of this particular rider that were flesh-toned was his forehead, one cheek, and an arm. Everything else had been dedicated to the painful process he'd come up with for creating a permanent picture on himself, one that depicted the entire history of East Cliff Weyr. His home. Or, it had been until Top Point was founded. Home was not here, not this Weyr by the beach. While there was no true Weyrwoman, not until the Gold Ziinyth rose, he supposed things were already starting to change. For better or worse he was in it. Sighing, N'bula moved a hand to brush his damp hair, normally a rich brown but for the moment looking nearly black, out of his blue eyes, matching the shade of Roanth's body almost perfectly.

Speaking of Roanth, the dragon was floating inthe water, not too far out, his head bobbing lightly on the surface, and his long wings splayed in the water. The pair had been swimming, and while N'bula relaxed on the beach, Roanth soaked in the water, groaning in pleasure as Xyn and a few other flits scrubbed his lovely hide. His pale blue head and spine were so far the cleanest, though is dark, almost navy wings were a close second. Pale body and dark legs were for the most part untouched, but that wouldn't last long.

They had come here for several reasons. To get away for a short time from Top Point, to visit their old home, and to simply enjoy some time on the beach and warm themselves under Rukbat.

Zi walked down the beach with Astra “Well my brother saw them take off, Kisa and Ziinyth took off and went between. Rio had to wait for K’ttak and B’hamut to get her things loaded onto their dragon and he said Rio went mad seeing B’hamut hearing he was going with them and she took off on Aerith
in a huff.
He said K’ttak was furious, more angry than my brother had seen, worse than when the twins painted the direction arrows on the wall… i am really glad i am not going to be in the weyrling lesson when he gets back” Zi said Diceth flying over head with Villarith.

Diceth spotted Roanth calling a greeting to him

Astra had been listening to Zi tell her about the two gold’s heading off this morning.
“I think she is blowing her whole dislike for B’hamut out of proportion, i know he thumped her brother, but they did have it coming”

Villarith followed Diceth she flew down landing in the water

“Oh she’s gone in and got wet” Astra said she had wanted to go down the beach a bit

Zi looked seeing a blue in the sea “ Don’t worry she’ll dry and i don’t mind walking we’ll find the shells if we work.
I know Rio’s brothers had it coming…i know B’hamut is a bit odd and stuff but you are right she does blow the whole thing way to big.” Zi looked round the beach seeing someone on the beach she looked at the man she know him. She headed over looking at him “Hello N'bula…Rio has not been that bad and driven you to come back here has she” She said she had put name to face right away.

Astra followed “Zi…that’s rued” Astra said looking at the younger rider.

Villarith turned her head to great Roanth “Greeting’s welcome to East Cliff” She said as she ducked under the water, the water was nice and warm

Roanth looked up from his play in the water, spotting the two dragons. If memory served correctly, it was Diceth and Villarith. He bugled a greeting in return to them, his long neck arching above the water. ~Greeting to both Villarith and Diceth, and many thanks for the warm reception. It has been to long since I've lain on this beach, or spoken to the dragons of East Cliff!~ The Blue was obviously delighted to see some company, and his multi-faceted eyes were whirling swiftly in a blue-green shade, as it seemed his almost alays were.

N'bula propped himself up on his elbows, squinting to see who it was, and then laughing when he recognized the voices. "Oh, not at all. Our new Weyrwoman has it under control, I hope." He gave a small frown, wondering how well things would go between the two women. There was bound to be trouble, but with a bit of luck Kisa and Ziinyth would assert themselves and make sure the younger rider and dragon knew who was boss. "So, how are you lovely ladies today? The water is just warm enough for a swim, and the sand feels divine once you're ready to dry."

“We’re fine, sorry N'bula i forgot to introduce you, this is Astra, she came here 3 turns a go” Zi said introducing Astra. As she put her pack down, the girls had planed on going for a swim and having something to eat along the beach.

Diceth bugled a call and dived into the after Villarith and Roanth. “It is warm and nice the sand here and the dolphins are fun to play with

“Hello” Astra said realising that Zi must know this rider, Astra was still getting use to, and that you could talk to dragon riders you didn’t know.
“Well that’s good, Kisa will need to keep an eye on Rio” not believing what she had just said Zi was a bad influence on her.

Zi giggled at Astra look of horror at what she had just said.
“We’re fine so how are you? We were all sorry about Palin’s and Wikranth’s death.
So what was it like when Kisa and Rio arrived at Top Point, were you there when they came?
Do you know B’hamut and Sephiroth have gone back to Top Point this morning with the two queens, is he staying do you think? Because if he does i think Kisa will have a whole load of trouble with her as she really does not like him” Zi said asking all these question, as she had tried to ask he brother but had had said he was busy and had not time for childish questions and gossip and he had said for her to go do her weyrling lesson.
Which was a big problem as K’ttak was playing chaperon to Rio and Aerith.

Astra sat down on her pack they had not got far from the weyr “I think we’re going swimming later, at the moment we’re shell hunting to make a necklace or something” Astra said hearing all of Zi’s question fired off at once

T’vin made his way down to the beach, K’ttak had cancelled the weyrling lessons after he had come back from Top Point.
T’vin thought the Weyrling Master might have had a hard time at Top Point with Rio as he had heard from the weyrlings who were early risers that she had not left East Cliff in the most dignified ways.
Bahamuth flew over head of him, it was nice to take a walk.
He spotted Zi and Astra on the beach talking to a rider he didn’t think he had ever met before.

Zi turned her head hearing some one walking along the sand turning to see T’vin coming along the sand she waved her hand.

Astra held in a grown it was hard to get Zi to act like a girl at the best of times now with T’vin here it would be twice as hard.
“Hello T’vin” Astra said trying to be friendly
