Personality: good sense of humor, which often comes out at odd moments. She has a hot temper and this often leads others to give her a wide berth whenever she is angry; she also possesses a strong sense of integrity and honesty. As a weyr women she and has the ability to think and act quickly in a crisis, and she can be creative and ingenious in coming up with ways to resolve any situation she finds herself in.
History: The third oldest child of 4 of a Lord Farm Holder, she has two older brothers Sarahdrin and E’lric who is a wingrider/leader at Sunset Beach Weyr and a younger sister Nila who is training to be a Harper.
Talia got on very well with her two brother espesually E’lric who would spend any amount of time with her and do anything for her if she wanted him to this included teaching her how to look after herself if one of them was not around to help out. As both Sarahdrin and E’lric where in the same mind that, just because Talia was a girl, she should be taught how to look after herself against an attacker.
Though this manner of thinking was frowned upon by their parents, both brothers where allowed to teach their sister.
Proving in later turns to be a bad idea for both E’lric and Sarahdrin when Talia chose to take them on.
When Talia was 17 turns she was searched and impressed at East Cliff 1 turn after E’lric who impressed at Benden Weyr.
Talia spent her time learning how to be a weyrwomen under the guidance of the old weyrwomen who taught her how to help run and manage the weyr.
After 3 turns the old weyr women stepped down retiring to the South leaving Talia as the new weyrwomen
When Quinith rose she was caught by H’tons bronze making him the weyrkeader.
On Quiniths first clutches hatching feast H’ton accidentally hit Talia and E’lric had come to his sister defence and hit H’ton. Which has left sour blood between E’lric and H’ton.
Though thing have healed between the two there is still a rift between the weyrwomen and weyrleader

Personality: Quinith is quite placid for a gold, which is quite a feat as her rider and her mates rider fight often and some would expect this to affect Quinith mood, but Quinith is Talia’s voice of reason and Quinith quite prefers H’ton bronze Bronith over most other bronzes.
