The very distinct form and color of a Gold appeared from Between high in the sky over Top Point Weyr. The sun was just starting to take the chill of night from the air, and the sight that sprawled below the pair was beautiful. They could see the entire Weyr, and it seemed that Ziinyth had already found a place she wanted to visit. ~Oh, look! Those rocks are so very pretty, I'll bet they're warm. Can we go there? Please?~[/i] The young queen looked over her shoulder eagerly, forgetting that they first needed to settle into their weyr, and unpack, and meet a few people, before the'd have tie for leisure. Kisa smiled and patted the shoulder beneath her affectionately. Ziinyth was on the small side, for a Gold, but she had a lot of personality to make up for it. //Perhaps in a little while. Once we've got everything else taken care of.// The Gold snorted and sighed, starting a slow, spiral descent from the sky. ~Well, can't we just sneak off?~ The Gold gave the sly comment as the ground neared, and she backwinged placing her rear paws first to the ground, then her forelegs. Kisa coughed as a small cloud of dust swirled up in her face, and fanned a hand to clear the air. //Say hi to everyone Ziinyth, we don't want them to think you rude.// The Gold grumbled, but took a breath and belted out a long bugle to alert all as to who she was, and let them know she was here. When she was done, she swung her head around again and kneeled. ~Happy?~[/i]

Kisa laughed and tiwsted herself around to start unstrapping the few belongings she'd decided to bring along, brushing a stray bunch of her raven hair out of her eyes as she did. At least the Weyr was in a colder climate, and she'd have an excuse for the long clothing she wore year-round. Cerulean eyes narrowed slightly, and she gave her head a shake. No one was going to bother her about it, surely, or- ~Or I will eat them.~[/i] Ziinyth finished that thought before Kisa could think of anything else, and it brought laughter from the young woman's lips. "I'm sure you would my love, but try not to."

Several dragons answered the queens call and slowly some movement started in the weyr

R’reek stepped out from the kitchen bowl

Vamp cam shooting down chirping at his owner and landing on R’reek’s shoulder

R’reek petted the blue “Yes i know it’s a Gold, you have seen one before, your mummy was a gold” R’reek said to the blue as he petted, this got him another lot of chirps “Ok…no your mummy was not that big” R’reek said sensing the confusion in the little beast.
“You are a bit dense my pet aren’t you” He said kissing the blues head

Leonth bugled his own call of welcome to Ziinyth from his weyr <<I think you should go say hello, she is the older on and will be the new queen>> The bronze said to his rider dropping the hint

<<”What you think your in with a chance, She’s an East Cliffer form their head queens clutch and from what i head she does not make her flights short”>> R’reek said he had heard talk among the older riders who know the East Cliff Weyr and its Weyrleaders and how Talia’s Gold was not an easy catch.

<<You should still say hello to them, they are new and do not know anyone>>

“Still think F'hursna would be better” R’reek said heading off across the bowl towards Ziinyth and Kisa

Ziinyth, hearing the answering crys, arched her neck coyly and looked about. Perhaps she might find herself a nice strong Bronze shortly? Kisa rolled her eyes and started tossing non-breakable things to the ground, having manuvered herself around and sitting backwards on the smallish Gold. Her cloths were in one bundle of skin, that hit the ground and bounced once, threatening to burst open and spill it's contents.

~You are going to have company in way of a man, he looks as though he might be a Bronzerider.~[/i] The Gold's head had swivel, and her multi-faceted eyes whirled as she watched his approach. Aye, there was no mistaking a Bronzerider, and this was one.

//Really?//Kisa twisted from her spot, half-way into tossing another bundle to the ground, and lifted one hand to sheild her eyes to look about. Well, Ziinyth was right, there he was. She lifted her free hand in a wave, not yet calling out, waiting for the man to get closer, then went ahead and tossed her bundle to the ground near Ziinyth's paws. //Have you spoken to his dragon yet? Perhaps you could get me a name.// The Gold gave a huff and seemed to roll her eyes, if dragons could have.

~Greeting, lovely Bronze! I am Ziinyth, and am to be the future senior queen, though I assure you I am ot old.~[/i] She gave a soft, mental rumble of amusement. ~You may tell your's the I am ridden by Kisa. Would you be so kind as to tell me you and Yours' names?~[/i] She querried of the Bronze she had heard, guessing rather accurately that it was indded the dragon of the man who approached to gret them. Not that the Weyr was overflowing with Bronzes. ~I asked him.~[/i]

//Thank you my dear, now please, crouch down so I don't kill myself unloading the rest if you would?// Ziinyth obliged this request with no arguement, odd for the Gold who seemed to have a reply for everything, and took every chance she could to prove it. Kisa shook her head and swung to a lifted leg, reaching up over her head and pulling down the heavier, and more breakable, bundles from Ziinyth's back. She didn't have much, she'd only brought a few things, but loading and unloading a Gold could be a hassle.

<”Don’t do that”> Riobhne said to her dragon looking about, Rio was not happy that she could not just come to Top Point with Kisa. A half grown gold, going to the new weyr with a fully grown Gold, well nearly fully grown, but no she had to wait for K’ttak and another dragon to load some of her things as Talia said Aerith was not yet big enough to carry all that weight and maybe that was true but why did the other rider have to be B’hamut, why him, she didn’t like him.

[glow=9000ff,2,300]”I like him, i like Sephiroth, i don’t know why you don’t” Aerith said to her rider as she took to gliding down over the weyr[/glow]

<”I just don’t, now can we pleas land”> Rio said to her dragon she was not getting into this again

[glow=9000ff,2,300]”Can’t, brown teachers dragon said for use to wait him and Sephiroth” [/glow]

Aerith let out a shout of anger that echoed

R’reek stepped

Vamp flew over to Ziinyth chirping a greeting to the new gold. He liked her he thought she was big and hewanted to know if she liked him

R’reek tryed to call his fire lizard back to him as the last thing he needed was to get on the bad side of the new weyrwomen,
When he was close enough '' Hi i'm R'reek welcome to Top Piont” R’reek said trying to seem friendly

''i'm Leonth welcome to Top Point Ziinyth, my mine is R'reek we all have been waiting for you, my mine is very friendly and kind'' Leonth said to the new queen

Ziinyth looked up as Aerith came in, and gave out her shout. Now what was that for? She not have her Weyr disturbed by an angry young queen. ~Aerith. What are you shouting about?~[/i] As Ziinyth was looking up, a little blue flit flew up to her, chirping happily enough. Oh! She did love flits, and he seemed to like her, asking if she liked him. Forgetting Aerith for amoment, the smallish Gold cooed at the flit happily. He was a cute one. ~Oh mine, I want one!~[/i]

Kisa shook her head, not bothering to try and adress Rio yet. She wasn't low enough, though they rather angry cry from Aerith was disturbing. Ziinyth would take care of it, with luck, and since another rider was now close enough to speak, she dropped to the ground with the last of her belongings and offered a cheery smile. "Hi there! I'm Kisa, and glad to be here." She looked about and gave an appreciative whistle. It was a beautiful place.

Ziinyth nodded slightly as she listened to Leonth. She would need to make note of the dragons, and quickly, as well as a majority of riders. She was the senior queen, much though she'd like to play and forget duties, and as such, she needed to be able to relay messages to Kisa, and to other dragons for their riders. ~Thank you Leonth, I'm sorry for any wait we've caused.~[/i] While she felt like being a litle snotty and simply ignoring everyone, she was playing her part well, and Kisa, listening in on the Gold, was proud. Ziinyth relayed the rider name and dragon name, though rider was now uneeded.

[glow=9000ff,2,300]”I did not shout it was my mine…she is not happy because B’hamut and Sephiroth are coming bringing her things and she does not like it, Sephiroths mine is not to happy about the whole thing but Quinth’s mine says they have to” The Gold responded not wanting to take a telling off for her rider[/glow]

Rio heard Ziinyth call “What does she want
[glow=9000ff,2,300]”She is telling me off because of you shouting” sounding a bit huffy[/glow]

”Oh she’s not even in the weyr a day and she thinks she is the boss

[glow=9000ff,2,300]”She is the boss” Aerith said floating about in he sky for a bit [/glow]

Dornth came out of between calling his name, K’ttaks three firelizard’s darting about him. He quickly dropped to follow Aerith
“My mine says for you to tell your mine that yours is in trouble when she lands for taking off like that” Dornth said to the young gold he know it was not the dragons fault but Aerith could refuse to do as he rider wished

“Pleas tell me you passed on the message to go to that madam?” K’ttak asked his dragon

<<Yes, i have, should i tell her to land>> Dornth asked his rider

“Yes tell her to land, away from Ziinyth and Kisa, as i have a few words for her before i turn her over to Kisa and F'hursna” K’ttak said he did not like the cold as it played murder with his knee.

”You are to land away from Ziinyth” Dornth said gliding down to land

R’reek looked up hearing Aerith’s call a shout and then and Ziinyth’s response and then the young Golds reply and then the saw a brown and its call to the young gold
He looked at Kisa “Shards its not quiet with use lot around here” He said laughing slightly.

<<”Leonth what’s the brown and gold talking about”>> he asked his dragon.

<<The young gold Aerith’s rider is in trouble>> Leonth told his rider.
“That little one belongs to my mine, his is happy to see you and is happy you like him”

~Well tell her not to start hollaring so early. She wasn't supposed to come without Dornth anyway.~[/i] Ziinyth snorted, having said all she had to on the matter and not in the mood to argue it. Instead, she put her focus on the little flit and the Bronze, after a short bugle of greeting to Dornth when he arrived. ~He is adorable. I want one now.~[/i] She blew lightly at him, crooning softly while she did and extending her head. Yes, Kisa was simply going to have to get herself one, decided the Gold, no matter what.

Kisa chuckled and shrugged. "I'll say, but they need to watch just how loud they shout and for what reasons." She frowned and started looking at her belongings, debating how many she could carry at one time. A little over half, maybe? She laughed then, realizing she could ask Ziinyth to drop everything on the ledge outside their weyr, wherever it might be. "Could you point out our ledge? I was going to ask Ziinyth to take my stuff up for me."

[BLAZE]

F'hursna had heard the commotion on out side, hearing the arrival of the new Golds, so they were here, now everything would change, maybe people would stop paying him so much attention and just leave him to fad away into the shadows and be forgotten.
F'hursna stepped out of the dinner hall to look at the golds East Cliff had sent, he only counted one they had side they would send two. But no sooner had the first gold land then another younger and smaller gold come out of between followed by a brown.
He observed as the older queen called to the younger what was that about he wondered.

Yadrath came on to his ledge bugling a call to the new comers to his weyr, I bid you welcome queen’s from East Cliff and Brown” like his rider Yadrath had a rich deep voice

A moment late a large bronze came out of between callings loudly to all, below. His call was answered by many of the dragons below with equal decibels, this bronze was well received in the weyr.

B’hamut petted Sephiroths side “Hey this is not meant to be your moment, we’re to bring Rio’s and Aerith’s things then go back to East Cliff we’re not staying” B’hamut said hearing the dragon call to his.

<<But i am happy to be home aren’t you?>> the bronze asked as he quickly made to land

“We were only here the other day and you have drawn quite a lot of attention to us i am happy to see Top Point again but we will still not be staying” B’hamut said as they landed.

Yadrath joined the call of welcome for Sephiroth, happy to see one of his sons return

Now there was a turn out and something to make F'hursna feel warm again to see B’hamut and Sephiroth in the sky again out of any of the riders who were favourites for to take his position of Weyrleader, he liked B’hamut and R’reek, they where both good men now. R’reek had calmed over the turn and half since T’zacks death and had put his energy to better use in drilling young riders in wing drills. He know the consequences of a foolish action and took measure’s to see others know it to.
B’hamut from what he had seen of the young man when he had come the other day to the weyr he was starting to open up and talk and not be frightened of being in a room with people. He was always a calm thinker even as a candidate and weyrling.
F'hursna would die happy knowing if one of them took his place

R’reek laughed “If your worried about an avalanche, don’t we’ve not had one at Top Point even at the high of our winter, though the place does echo some what…” R’reek looked up and then laughs seeing Sephiroth over head.
“Oh brilliant” R’reek said happy to see the bronze dragon.
He turned back to Kisa “Sorry…just didn’t think i would be seeing a friend comeback to the weyr to day.” R’reek said wanting to greet B’hamut.
R’reek did not really know where Kisa was meant to be going, had they cleared Palin’s stuff from her weyr. As he did not want to send her up there to find Palins things still in there, it would not be right.
“Em I’m not really sure which ledge is yours, but if you come with me we can find out. We’ve just started sitting down to breakfast here, i don’t know if you ate at East Cliff.

Leonth laughed at Ziinyth reaction to the little blue. “my mine likes him to, he is very good for getting to places that i can not reach to clean when i get a bath” The bronze turned his head letting out a loud call to the Sephiroth. Leonth took off from his ledge flying up to greet the other bronze looping round and coming back down to land near Ziinyth

R’reek looked up seeing his bronze take off and loop round Sephiroth <<”Stop showing off for the ladies”>> R’reek said

K’ttak and Dornth landed waiting for Aerith and Rio to land, he was not a happy man at the moment and he was going to let Rio know why, Talia had said B’hamut was to come to introduce both gold riders to the people at Top Point and help them settle in, he was not staying, but that little madam had took off before K’ttak could explain this to her. If she was his own daughter he would give her a sow backside for a few days and he still just might, dragon rider or not.
He would have a word with Kisa before he left to ask her to find some punishment for Rio.
K’ttak slid down to the ground, he looked over at Kisa where she was standing talking to a rider, he looked like a friendly fellow he saw the blue flying round Ziinyth.

Twister came and landed on K’ttaks shoulder chirping knowing he was angry and wanting to know why

K’ttak petted her “Not at you my pet, not at you. Go find the other two and keep them out of trouble” he said sending her off
K’ttak looked up at Sephiroths entrance and felt the ground shake with the bronzes call and then with the weyrs response.
Shards he had forgot that bronze was loud, he watched them land.
K’ttak waited for Rio, when she landed he made a motion for her to dismount

[glow=9000ff,2,300] Aerith passed on the message to Rio. “We should have waited for Dornth, Dornth says we are to land not, his rider is very angry at you” [/glow]

Rio was not happy, why was she getting in trouble because she did not want to be taken around from place to place like a child and why did Talia have to send B’hamut.

Rio looked round hearing a dragon call and seeing Sephiroth and then heard the call of the other dragons
“What are they calling about?” she asked as Aerith landed

[glow=9000ff,2,300]”They are happy to see Sephiroth, he is well liked here, by riders and their dragons” Aerith said to her rider as she landed[/glow]

Rio felt a twinge of dread shoot through her, that was not good.
Rio saw K’ttaks gesture to get down, Rio know she was in for a right telling off, from her she could see K’ttak looked angry.
Rio undid her straps and slid down Aeriths leg to the ground and took off her riding hat and hung her head

Ziinyth looked up as Sephiroth came from Between. She didn't mind him being here, it took the spotlight off of her for the moment, and gave her a chance to continue playing with the flit. She gave a quick bugle as well, though there was little need, but she was in a cheery mood. Her attention back on the flit, she continued her play cooing and trilling happily and softly. this was so much fun, and the little ones seemed so helpful as well! They could get those itchy places that even Kisa missed occasionally? Yes, that did it. ~Kisa, you are going to get one of these wonderful little things as soon as you can. They are simply adoreable, and Leoth says they are useful too. Why don't we have one yhet?~ She asked the last as though Kisa were plotting against the Gold.

Kisa shook her head. "I know, but if she starts making habit of doing as she pleases, or shouting over nothing, she'll be more of a bother than I really want. I am responsible for her now..." She wrinkled her nose at that, but let it go. She was the weyrwoman, and so responsible for every rider and dragon in the Weyr. First thing she'd do once they were settled in and Ziinyth had proven herself by rising? Drill. Drill the wings like mad. They didn't have too long to go before Thread would fall, and this was going to be one Weyr that was ready. Plus, it built a stronger bond between rider and dragon, and the Weyr in general. Yes... she'd have to look the current wings over, perhaps change a few things up, move a dragon or two... Look at this! She was starting to think as weywoman already, though at least they weren't greedy thoughts. She felt a wry smile work it's way onto her lips, Ziinyth might not be as happy about this move, but there was no doubt Kisa was. "I'd love to grab a bite, haven't had time yet, what with getting her ready." She tossed ehr head at Ziinyth, still paying attention to the flit. Shards, she was going to have to be at the next hatching and get one for the Gold or she'd never hear the end of it. She extended an arm to motion for R'reek to lead the way.

<<”I’ll talk to him later”>> R’reek said to his dragon as he watched seeing his fire lizard flying round the gold.
R’reek laughed at the gold’s reaction to his fire lizard.

Vamp love the gold, she was so nice and said such nice things about him.
He fluttered about her singing happily

“I think Vamp is quite taken with your gold…i don’t know if he thinks she’s…em i think he’s going to put his self between if he does not calm down… he’s not bothering her is he?” R’reek asked not wanting to get on the bad side of this new gold rider.
“Yeah come this way, i should warn you to watch the head women, one of her workers broke the big pot this morning so she is not a happy women. But the bread and stuff is all fresh this morning.” R’reek said leading the way to the dinner hall.
“I should apologise for the weyr not giving you as warm a welcome as Sephiroth got, you caught use a bit unprepared and B’hamut and Sephiroth are very well liked, i don’t think he even knows how well liked he was” R’reek said having to laugh at how much some people did not know.
“so what time were you up to get going this morning?” R’reek asked trying to keep pleasant conversation

Twister, Blaze and threads short over seeing the blue chirping their greeting to the blue and then flying round Leonth.

K’ttak waited for a moment “I don’t know why you hang your head Rio, for i know you are not sorry for what you did and i think you can’t even think of what you did wrong…
So i am going to try one last time to get it through that thick head of yours.
You were asked to wait for me and B’hamut, you are still a young Gold rider and H’ton’s orders are if you leave the weyr you go with an escort, me and another rider.
Even if that rider is a rider you do not like.
You are making it a lot harder than thing have to be, B’hamut was told by Talia to come, he was not asked, he didn’t opt for it.
He was told for one reason and one reason only to come and that was to try and help settle you and Kisa into a weyr he has grown up in, he knows a lot of the people and he is well liked, even if he didn’t know it himself.” K’ttak let that sink in for a moment

“Now i know you don’t like B’hamut and i don’t expect that to change, but you are to show him respect to his rank and not treat him like a common kitchen drudge.
He had tried to make up for what happened that day of Aerith’s hatching but you have not let him.

So now you wanted to make an entrance to your new weyr and so you have Kisa has told you off and now i have and i am going to let her decide what your punishment is going to be” K’ttak finished it was quit poetic really Rio coming to a weyr that was made as a punishment and now she was to be punished.

[BLAZE]

B’hamut dismounted Sephiroth, he could see K’ttak talking to Rio.
He decided it best for him to head to the dinner hall as he did not want it to look like he was gloating over Rio getting a telling off.
B’hamut took off his riding gear “Seph you ok with the stuff”

<<I will be fine. Go they are waiting for you in the dinner hall>>

B’hamut looked about he felt a bit odd having such a big welcome for his dragon. The area from the bowl to the dinner hall looked huge and open and B’hamut felt unsure whether to risk crossing it.

Rio hung her head as K’ttak told her off, she know she had acted stupidly and not proper of her rank and she was being really childish towards B’hamut.
But he had hit and beat up her brother, and she was confused still nearly a turn and a ½ later. She was equally angry at her brothers for putting the fish in her gear and then making fun of Aerith, but she should have been able to deal with it herself not have a quiet strange bronze rider come in and rescue her, she didn’t need rescuing.

She felt worse now knowing that she was now in a weyr where the person she did not like, had a lot of friends or people who liked him.
She didn’t know how he had done that as he never talked to anyone she know of at East Cliff.

It stung worse than a thread score when K’ttak said she was not sorry for what she had done or know what she had done wrong.
She was sorry and she know what she had done wrong, she know each time she had been mean to B’hamut that she was wrong to treat him like that, but she was still so angry at him.

“I’m sorry K’ttak, i really am sorry, i thought he was just getting sent along to…” She couldn’t say it as she know what she though was not true, the weyr did not put people together to annoy each other.

Kisa chuckled lightly, her tone rather merry. "I couldn't tell you when I was actually up. Ziinyth woke me long before dawn." She shook her head and sighed, asking the Gold quickly if the flit was being bothersome, and getting a very loud, very lengthy xplanation on how such a thing could never happen. Wincing slightly, Kisa rolled her eyes. "I rather think Ziinyth likes him. She says she could never be bothered by such a cute little thing. Shards, I don't know what o do with her."

Ziinyth rumbled happily and sent pretty images to the little one, olny to be given a light reminder from Kisa that the Gold was exactly that, a Gold, and the senior queen of this Weyr. Should not the dragon act like it? Heaving an irritable sigh, Ziinyth turned her attention to Aerith and Sephiroth, then to Leonth. There must be something she could do... Something fun. With a final croon to her little friend, she turned and padded off, deciding she would have a look about her new home, and get a feel for the bowl.

“Shards!... we would still be in darkness here, we don’t get the light till a good bit into the morning, though you’ll get use to it and have a large stock of glows and also candle lamps.” R’reek said

<<”Leonth tell Vamp to calm himself down, his is making himself look like a dead glow”>>

Leonth looked at the little blue, “Little one R’reek says you are to calm yourself down” the bronze told the little blue

Vamp chirped unhappy that he was having to stop showering the gold with attention. When she went to leave he let out an annoyed squawk at Leonth, blaming the bronze for making her leave

Leonth snorted at Vamp…ignoring his telling off.
The bronze followed Ziinyth across the bowl.
“Come i show you round, you come see the many colour valley. Warm there and nice view

“That is it Rio you do not think, you just acted. Not stopping stepping back and looking at the bigger picture. You are at a weyr where you will have to do that, not everyone at Top Point is here because they were sent, some come here, to help or to start a new life, like a candidate” K’ttak said trying to spell it out clearly for Rio that if she thought B’hamut was a bad egg she was wrong.

Rio felt K’ttaks words sting again, she had been a right dead glow. She had just seen red after B’hamut had beat her brother up. B’hamut had only tried to help her and her brother had been asking for it.
Now her anger had got her into trouble both with K’ttak and now Kisa, Rio did not want to think of how Kisa would react to all of this. Rio had shown her self to be a poor junior weyrwomen

[BLAZE]

B’hamut had crossed the bowl only a few step then seeing Leonth take off.
He looked back at his dragon standing there with Rio’s stuff on him, B’haumt could not leave his standing there with all of that.
B’haumt walked back over to his dragon “Bend down and I’ll get that stuff off and you can go join Leonth in showing Ziinyth”

<<I am fine i do not mind staying here>>

“i mind” B’haumt said suddenly finding himself surrounded by several weyrling offering to take Rio’s things.
“Use know where it’s going?” He asked them.

”Yeah we know, Headwomen said where to take the stuff for the junior weyrwomens, we’ve never had a junior weyrwomen before, my mum says that its going to mean big changes with two queen…are you going to be the new Weyrleader?”

“Em…em…” B’hamut had been caught off guard there by that question he had not know what to expect when he returned to Top Point, he had expected to be met by sad memory not a chores or dragon calls.
It was not as hard coming back as he had first thought, maybe being in East Cliff had done some good for him.
B’hamut turned to the kids “Just go take that stuff to the Jr weryrwomens weyr and don’t lose of break any thing” B’hamut saif watching the kids take off carrying the stuff.
B’hamut turned back to Sephiroth “Go join Leonth and Ziinyth” He said petting the bronze.
